Teens and breakfast does not seem to go together, so you should understand why young people need breakfast. As a teacher and educator, I am by the number of youths who horrified not eat breakfast. Worse, there are some who do not even eat. During his studies of the energy is so low that they struggle to stay awake and think. Either they not share this information or the parents are so busy, they know their adolescent bad eating habits.

This worked in a school of 2,600 students. The students had the chance to get something to eat, and stimulate energy. Talk to the principal and the PTA and see if something can be arranged for the following semester. This is not to extend the school day. It can be performed by each period by scraping a few minutes. It is worth trying for healthy young people.
Get your teen to eat right and do not skip meals is crucial to their future well-being is essential to understand why young people need breakfast.
